Pete Rowley

Pete comes back to Berks County to bring us his medically driven and scientifically proven training curriculum. Pete spent 4 years running local performance training facilities here in Pennsylvania and in New York. From there, he altered what was then considered leading training modules and re-engineered a curriculum that we now use today that matches sport performance with injury prevention while using skilled coaches with science and medical backgrounds to better identify an athletes disposition-  unlike other facilities in Berks County.

Before that, he played soccer for Muhlenberg High School and Syracuse University where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Physiology. He was named Offensive MVP at Syracuse and to the All-Big East Academic team 3 times. After Syracuse, Pete had a short professional stint playing for the Philadelphia KIXX before ending his professional career with a 4th knee surgery.  Pete is a CPT, ACSM and a certified Performance Coach.

“I feel extremely fortunate to have been given the opportunity to play and experience the high demanding environment of Division 1 and professional athletics. My experiences at those levels and having 4 knee surgeries is what motivated me to create this curriculum so it doesn’t happen to others, unnecessarily. We believe in creating an environment for each athlete that will foster positive life skills as well as performance enhancement. Improving athletic foundation and self-confidence is a message I am proud to deliver!”
